For those who saw Revolutions today...

Check out the Matrix: Explanations, symbols, theories site. Written between Reloaded and Revolutions, it has tons of thoughts on what is the Matrix, etc.

If you can, and without any spoilage, what do you think of what is written on the site vs. what is explained (or not) in Revolutions?

I want to see it later, but I think Kevin and John went to see a different movie -- Matrix: Reloaded. I tried, in vain, to tell them that they don't need to go to the theater for that and that I have it on DVD.

Just got back from Revolutions. Far more battle-intensive, less kung-fu. Also a new Oracle (since the last one died in Reloaded.)

Great! Way to spoil it for the rest of us who chose not to slack...

Here's my initial impression of Matrix: Revolutions.

The movie is broken up into 2 acts. Act I (the first half of the movie) is basically setup for Act II and moves kind of slowly (like the Zion sequence in Reloaded). Act II is non-stop action sequences. The Neo/Smith fight was pretty darn cool, and the Zion battle sequences were just awesome.

Story-wise, though,...eh. I guess it feels like they still left unanswered questions at the end like what, exactly, happened? Overall though, I would say: not bad but not great either.

I thought Matrix: Reloaded was better the 2nd time around, maybe this third installment will also benefit from a second viewing.

Oh...and as far as the website's predictions...I think they are just grasping at straws.

"Grasping at straws", well duh... obviously the guy had no life and needed to pick the movie apart to find some meaning...
