Absolution Gap is the last in the Inhibitor's Trilogy (along with Revelation Space and Redemption Ark). Funny thing is, its not out yet, here or in the UK. And, even funnier, it comes out in paperback in jolly ole England, while we get to buy it in hardback first. Isnt' that nice? I wonder what the exchange rate is....

Let's see, the total comes out to be roughly 12.5 lbs. So that is: $22.75 (or, 18.2 Euros). What's up with the dollar being roughly half the value of a pound? And why would Britain want to go to the Euro when its worth less than the pound?

I read Gibson's Pattern Recognition, which I would give 4 of 5 stars if I actually had the gumption to write a review of the book.

Its William Gibson, automatic deduction of 2 points for a pointless story with vivid, if odd, imagery and use of language.
