Supposedly, IT recruiters are having a tough time getting quality people despite all the lay-offs. Maybe companies did do it right by getting rid of the deadwood after all. You can read all about it here.

This is good news for those of us with discernible talent for when your current employer refuses to grant you raises while they're busy buying jets and new signage for an otherwise well-travelled campus and you one day wake up and say, "f*ck you, (insert employer name)!" We might actually stand a chance at finding a job...
