I Guess You Really Can Sue for Anything...

Man, I didn't know that you can sue Star Trek for sucking? Can you imagine how much better things would be if all the Trekkies were out suing for better Trek content? Maybe Wil Wheaton will still be flying a starship... or maybe Jolene Blalock would be sporting longer tresses and shorter dresses?

That suit is an interesting one since Activision acquired the license after Interplay failed to renew, and now there is not enough material to generate games around said license. Hence they are suing to get out of it...
