iTrademark Infringement

This headline on trademark infringement (HP vs. iRiver) caught my attention because I've had an iRiver MP3 player for just over a year now. The things I like about are that it's small (perfect for dropping it a pocket while exercising), it only uses one AA battery, and it's got all the features I want (easy UI, random play) and even a few features I like but don't really need (radio, voice recorder, equalizer settings). The only potential downside I thought there would be was that its 128 MB internal memory meant it wasn't expandable. However, it turns out that the 65 or so MP3s it holds (I record them at 64KBps, my ears just can't tell the difference between that and 128 Kpbs) are more than enough.
