Thought-Email

From the Cool Science department comes this story about a cranially implanted chip that has allowed a quadriplegic man to check his email and play computer games using his thoughts. This is the stuff of science fiction made science fact. That's definitely cool...and I'll be even more impressed when a brain-chip can help me remember where I put my car keys.

Speaking of implants, this Wired article speaks of using rat brain tissue to interface with a flight simulator on a desktop.
