This USA Today story has been mentioned several places today, but I couldn't find the story on USAT's horrible web site and no one bothered to link to the story. So, the fanboy that John is, I wen to TheForce.Net and found it. Seems that Liam Neeson and Samuel Jackson's characters will be making appearances as blue-ies in Ep. 3. Shouldn't really be shocking. We know they both are going to be Bantha poo-doo by the end of Ep. III anyway.
And we needed another Star Wars post.

Must you salivate over every scrap of Star Wars news, fanboy? ;)

Liam's character was already worm food in II...how is it surprising then that he would show up (as apparently every Jedi does) as a blueie? In fact, the surprise would be if he didn't...all these jedi won't stay dead! Even the evil ones that have a change of heart right at the end of their lives, (and you know that he wasn't coming back for that damn Ewok music!) get to have a cameo again!! Woo hoo! it's like that scene in Holy Grail (I'm not dead yet...I feel happy!).. WOOT!
