Something I don't understand... I loved Ken Wharton's _Aloha_, but didn't that come out in 2003? Wasn't it the June, 2003 issue? It was on my Best-of list for 2003!

Yes, "Aloha" was in June 2003 issue of Analog. However the Nebula eligibility period is a bit wide. Locus states it as:
"Currently, the two calendar years prior to year of award. A work may accumulate member recommendations for 12 calendar months following publication. For example, a work published in July 1998 may gather recommendations until June 1999; if it gathers 10, it is placed on the preliminary ballot for awards given in 2000."

Why isn't the winner in the short story category in the list?

The story "Coming to Terms" by Eileen Gunn was not included because I did not have a link to a free online version.

I added a link to the newly-available "Coming to Terms" by Eileen Gunn. Also since I list both Hugo AND Nebula nominees, I corrected the name of the post.

OK. Seriously this time.
Post updated one (hopefully) last time to (1) point to ALL Nebual nominees ONLY, and (2) point to posted Hugo nominees free online.
