I-CON 25

The 25th annual I-CON 25 convention, held at Stony Brook University will take place on March 24-26, 2006. Guests include:

One of the (many) colleges I attended in my misguided youth was Stony Brook University. I wasn't much into the science fiction scene back then; at least not the social aspects of it. I'm a bigger fanboy now. I wouldn't mind seeing Shepherd Book and asking him "What the hell...?" I suspect Tim, dedicated supporter of the transitive property that he is, wouldn't mind rubbing elbows with Richard Hatch, seeing as how Hatch's elbows may have rubbed up against Boomer.

In a word, rawr!!! :D But seriously, going to see authors would probably be much more exciting than some of the folks on that guest list. I don't know, but seeing folks like Marc Singer just does not fill me with alot of excitement, but cosplay on the other hand...
