hmm one should note that it is possible for a show to "jump the shark" and still continue to be good. At least that is what wikipedia says.

But having the whole fleet settle on a planet, starbuck gets married, adama grows a stash and a whole year passby between comercial brakes...well i have to say i cannot bow to the consensious...i still think the show has jumped the shark.

although that nuke going off and a peice of debree hitting the camera was cool...it made me jump in my seat which is hard for television to do.
