Meh. I think the sequels to both Spiderman and Xmen suprass their predecessors.

Unbreakable is the best superhero film i've seen. It takes a core aspect of the superhero genre to the extreme, while not being bound to most comic book conventions.

Mystery Men is a close second.

Ghostbusters (yeah, they're superheroes) is better than most of the other films on this list.

V for Vendetta could kick something off too.

No comment on Orgazmo :-)
