Hooray for everyone. I am especially pleased for Pan's Labyrinth and for Donato Giancola, both favorites of mine.

Allow me to gripe a little. The "Semiprozine" category was invented back in '84 because Locus kept winning the fanzine Hugo, simply because it had more exposure than any other fanzine. However, I suspect that Locus has been a profitable business for at least two decades: if you make your living from it, you're a pro, and the "semi-" prefix is a farce. It seems silly to have an entire Hugo category so that Charles Brown can collect more awards: he's only lost four times in 23 years! Is it time to ditch the whole category?

I've seen a couple of people refer to the Best Semiprozine category as Best Locus category, precisely because Locus loses as often as, say, Dave Langford loses Best Fan Writer. (Although I understand this year he nearly did lose)
