We have quite a few trailers for you this time, so let's get cracking!
First up we have Eden Log, a French film that has a very Decsent-ish feel, with bonus amnesia!
Next we have the new trailer for the movie that's #2 on my Most Anticipated Movies of 2008 list, Wall-E. It's a bit longer than the previous ones, with a few more humorous bits, of which the paddle ball shot is great. And I stil llike the music.
The next movie trailer has been all over recently, but I hadn't watched it until now. I liked the first film, not great, but still fun, and this one looks like more of the same. I'm talking of: Hellboy 2: The Golden Army. You gots to love a hand held gatling gun.
We've brought you news about the indie SF TV series in production in New Jersey called Venus Rises. It's debut on IllusionTV has been pushed back until 'Winter 2008', but today we bring you the opening credits, where you can get a feel for what the show will be about.
On March 3rd, 2008, Warner Bros. is releasing the DVD of Appleseed: Ex Machina. This sequel to Appleseed is directed by Ghost in the Shell director Shinji Aramaki and produced by John Woo, and you can certainly see Woo's influence, especially the shot where all the spent ammo casings are falling on the floor. I'm rather disappointed this isn't making the art house rounds, or maybe I just missed it.

Venus Rises is coming out in Winter 2007 (to early 2008). "Winter 2008" is a typo.

John, is "Eden Log" in your giggle list? Or do titles not count? ![]()

No, but "The Captain's Log" is.
(As in: What's brown and sits on the bridge?")
