  1. Wow, I like the Widescreen cases better than the lame-o Fullscreen ones. Now to head to Amazon and place a pre-order. Its only $42, a bargain! Considering I shelled out over $200 for the laserdisc edition of all three movies. Of course, the LDs don’t have the extra crap Lucas added for the ‘special editions’ of the movies. Damn you Lucas!

  2. What I don’t understand is why they continue (they meaning the movie industry) to release “fullscreen” versions of movies like this. How many out there are going to buy “pan and scan” versions when you can get glorious full screen versions?

  3. As long as they sell, they;ll keep makin’ ’em. Some people hate the black bars of widescreen.

  4. Considering how many unpurchased “fullscreen” DVD’s I see in the cheap bins, I have a feeling they are making too many.

“Some people hate the black bars of widescreen.”

And some people actually buy things they see in spam!

  5. Don’t get me started.
