In the Larry Niven & Jerry Pournelle-inspired RPG, Empire of Man, players get to immerse themselves in The Mote in God’s Eye and the 1,000 year history of the CoDominium Universe.

Take a look at the website and read the comments in the Forum link. The game is being cancelled as the person who owns the rights to the “War World” books (and therefore controls a ***lot*** of the background material) is being a PITA and demanding more money than the game designer can afford.
So, the system is dead before it was born.

…And it looks like the website has vanished already. Too bad. I was involved in the discussions on the Forums and was looking forward to it.
On the plus side, the possibility of an Attack Vector variant based on “Mote” (like the one that is being worked on based on Weber’s stuff) is still a possibility.
