Not sci-fi or even remotely related to anything on this blog, I laughed out loud when I saw this Starbucks ad (forgive me I don’t want much commercial TV so if you’ve seen it just watch it again anyway and laugh too.)

Oh and according to AdTunes, the band is made of up some former members of Survivor, makes it that much better I think.
Just 4 things to say:
1. the commmercial is hilarious!
2. man, there are more chicks reading/posting on that blog than this one — er… well, they’re chick names anyway…
3. that chick Kymberlie is cute…especially for a geek…
4. maybe we should sell ad space…
Being that I actually listened to that song at one point – it makes even more hilarious. But I did recognize some of the folks from Survivor – I so need my own band to play my entrance music.
And Pete – I nominate you to change your name to a hot sound chick name
Hadn’t seen the video (probably watch less TV than you, which is kinda silly considering our “jobs”), but have heard it on the radio dozens of times. Had NO idea that was really SURVIVOR!
