Finalists for the 2006 Aurora Award, given to Canadian works in both French and English, were announced. Here are some of the nominees:

- “Transubstantiation” by Derwin Mak
- “Identity Theft” by Robert J. Sawyer [SF Signal review]
- “Alexander’s Road” by Karl Schroeder
- “Going Harvey in the Big House” by Douglas Smith
- “Like Monsters of the Deep” by Hayden Trenholm

The awards will be presented at TT20, July 7 – 9.
