I don’t know why you guys are posting this stuff for when all everyone wants to talk about is how Ellison touched Wilson’s boob at the Hugo awards….I mean come on, Monika touched Clinton’s penis and that was all there was on the news for like 3 years. The least we could do is spend a week or two on this subject before moving on.
I am sure the result would have been different if Clinton had trademarked his name, like Harlan Ellison (r). I have to pay a nickle each time I mention Harlan Ellison (r). Right now this comment has cost me ten cents. Whatever the merits of the case, perhaps there are economic reasons to move on.
