John Scalzi asked on his blog to link to the post on Subterranean's site and not directly to the PDF file, since they may move it around.

I actually bought the original paper copy. And most of the stories are very good, so highly recommended for anyone capable of reading stories on a computer screen.

I do wonder about the post slug there, though. Probably someone started to write an entirely different post, and then reused it for this without changing the address.

Oh, well, time to change it again. They not only moved the file to a new location, but they even moved the article on their site linking to it.
But this time Scalzi claims it's a final location. And since he's the one hosting it, he should know.

Huh? I checked the link before commenting, and it seemed the same.

I guess I forgot to refresh the page and saw the cached version... Darn, I must not be browsing around enough if this page was still cached. The Internet is too small.
