- Bruce McAllister’s short story “The Boy in Zaquitos” (F&SF January 2006) has been selected to appear in the 2007 volume of The Best American Short Stories, guest-edited by Stephen King, and in McAllister’s collection, The Girl Who Loved Animals and Other Stories, forthcoming in October from Golden Gryphon Press.
