The hover-crafts of the future are just plain embarassing. That’s the interesting thing about technology. It’s not “Can we build it?” which is the ultimate question, but “Will I look like a moron using it?” that decides whether or not something is constructed. If we weren’t worried about whether or not it went with our iPods, we’d all be using jetpacks by now.
Which isn’t meant as criticism. *I* don’t want to look like George Jetson. Just live like him.
