Like “Caddyshack” was worthy of being a film to begin with, let alone spawning a sequel?
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly isn’t exactly a sequel. Also, I find it amusing that there are several series in both categories (Star Trek and Rocky).
Oh, and what the heck is staying alive?

Staying Alive was, if I remember correctly through the haze of pain, the sequel to Saturday Night Fever. Directed by Sylvester Stallone.
Speaking of Stallone, aren’t all Rocky N‘s for N > I remakes rather than sequels? Shouldn’t Harry Potter and the [Prisoner of Azkaban|Goblet of Fire] be in there instead?
