The Star Trek Jukebox

Online radio station Last.fm has agreements with all four major music labels to offer their titles in their catalog. You can't download the music - you can only stream it. But that doesn't mean there aren't good things to be found.

For instance, take this selection of tunes by the cast of Star Trek: The Original Series. Please.

Sadly, they didn't actually have any of Nichelle Nichols songs from her Down to Earth album. But then again, we already had you covered. Too bad your ears weren't. Hi-yo! :)

OMG! Mr. Spock's Songs from Space was such an AWESOMEly terrible albumn. We picked that one up in a 99 cent bin years ago. I wonder if my friend still has it.

I tried to play this playlist, and it told me sorry, no content? I have not previously tried to use Last.fm, but I pretty much have every audio browser plugin available. Any idea what went wrong?

Not sure, JStrider. It still plays for me in Firefox and Internet Explorer when I click the bog Play button. Maybe it's a browser or firewall configuration issue?

On the bright side: If you could listen to what I'm hearing now, you might consider yourself the lucky one. Ouch! :O
