It might be worth pointing out that these awards are for horror fiction. Not everyone into sf is into horror.
Also, short fiction winner, David Niall Wilson's "The Gentle Brush of Wings" is online.

Hmmm...I would have thought 'for superior achievement in horror" would have that covered.
