At the Earth's Core has some of the worst special effects this side of Saturday morning adventure serials from the 50s-70s. But... Caroline Munro!

I watched "The People That Time Forgot" last week and there was one thing that made me wonder.

SPOILER WARNING!!!

.

.

.

.

.

.

When the ladies are rescued from sacrifice to the volcano god and the high priest is trown in instead along with his "Lovely Assistant", the volcano promptly begins to violently erupt. I think the film makers were trying to say that they had found the "True Religion"

At the Earth's Core is a fun "B movie" a childhood favorite, that is still watchable despite rather weak special effects.
