  1. Part of the problem is US release dates vs. UK release dates. We the unoppressed, but poor (in a literary sense) ex-colonial types often have to wait a year or more to get a US release of a UK-published book.

     

    The Temporal Void is not due until March 2009 in the US, for instance.
