Made harder by the fact that I often try and imitate io9 headlines, just to amuse myself.

It's a good lesson in post titles, because I reckon none of them really stand out as being different!

Thinking about this, what we should do is all try and write a headline for the same story, and then let people vote on the best one!

You could easily find headlines referring to the same story.  The blogosphere is incestuous.  I leave that as an exercise for the reader. :)

Striking how many sf blogs there are and how we've all gotten addicted to reading them. I'll bet editors are getting plenty of stories in the form of blog posts, flame wars, and such.
