The 2 James Barclay covers get my vote hands down.

@ Jim - those were the only two I didn't care for. Go figure. :)

I thought that the cover for Glen Cook's "The Swordbearer" looks like the poster for "The Dark Knight Returns," where you have the shot of the bat-motorcycle thing shooting across. From a distance. Maybe it's just me.

And I think every writer in the world looks at "Mall of Cthulu" and goes "DAMN! Why didn't I think of that? ARG!" I know I did. That one looks brilliant.

yeah, about that art for Mall of Cthulu = beautiful.  Is it an Eric Powell (The Goon) illustration?  Sure looks like it.  I wonder if that is final cover art.

I think I'd refrain on buying the DelToro book purely based on the ridiculous cover.  A good opportunity for something dark and creepy, but we get names clear across.   Terrible.   Ditto Unbound.

I'm guessing that Charles Stross likes this cover for Wireless better than the one for Saturn's Children, but by comparison, it's pretty boring.

Brom has written a novel?  Interesting.  I'm always intriqued by artists that can write.   I'm curious if the visual descriptions match his art?  Anyone know how many illustrations are being printed with the book?  Could be something very cool.
