The Change), the post-technology future setting of the novels Dies the Fire, The Protector’s War, A Meeting at Corvallis, The Sunrise Lands, The Scourge of God, and The Sword of the Lady. There’s also a story of The Change called “A Murder in Eddsford” in Lou Anders’ alternate-history/mystery anthology Sideways in Crime (reviewed here).
