Damn. Too bad. Lot of fond and ancient memories illustrated by the man's work. Millions of years ago (the early 70's) we were serious nerdy fanboys and Frazetta was king. A paperback with a Frazetta cover was a mandatory purchase, even if it was never read. Back then a friend talked me out of a poster I had for an art class he was taking. I had several and let him take "Apparition". In his class, they did something where they lifted the inks off the poster and deposited them on a canvas making it look like an actual painting (if you were naive and really, really wanted to believe.) I had a lot of fun over the years trying to pass it off on friends as the real McCoy. Still have it, too, and it still makes me smile...

Thanks, Frank. You did good.

Frazetta was an incredible artist. RIP

Reason #168 not to have kids. Spend your lifetime producing incredible art only to have your petty children fight over their inheritance. Disgusting.
