Universal Dead is a new web series about the zombie apocalypse. Here’s the premise and epsidoe #1:
Planet Earth is ravaged by a strange disease that turns people into mindless murderers. As civilization struggles to survive, a small team of US Navy SEALs must protect a doctor from the Center for Disease Control on a mission to evaluate the claims of an erratic scientist who may have discovered the secret to mankind’s salvation. Starring DB Sweeney (Fire in the Sky, Jericho, Spawn), Gary Graham (Star Trek: Enterprise, TV’s Alien Nation, Robot Jox) and Doug Jones (Hell Boy 1 & 2, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, Pans Labyrinth).

I do get lots of enjoyment out of the zombie meme, but when is there going to be a worldwide disease that makes everyone well-mannered and considerate of others?
They tried that in the ’60s. Didn’t work.
An interesting enough 1st episode, it showed that some thought has gone into the premise that I like… can’t wait to see it really kick off!
It gets better! You can see the 2nd episode up on scifinal.com!
[REDACTED]
Please confirm if Jeff Fishman of Fishman Productions has closed on this deal of the Universal Dead.
Also:
Does Fishman Productions acutally have a “Development Deal” at Paramount Studios OR is
Fishman Productions just renting space at Paramount.
Also: Any knowledge of Fishman productions having a “picture deal” with Halle Berry?
Paramount Pictures said that there are no deals of any kind for them to distribute or produce “Universal Dead”. Paramount Pictures also stated that they are in no way affiliated with Fishman Productions. Fishman Productions merely rents an office at the same lot as Paramount, like many others. They are not connected to Paramount Pictures in any way whatsoever. Claims that “Universal Dead” is being produced or distributed by Paramount Pictures are patently false.
Fishman Productions is not affiliated with Paramount Pictures and has no deals with Paramount. Check out their unimpressive background on the Internet Movie Database (www.imdb DOT com), which is the best place to see who is who in the entertainment industry. Do you see any ties to Paramount Pictures? PAAALEEEEEAAAASE!!!! TOTALLY FISHY!!!
This does not supprise me in the least. I know some of these guys from yesterday past…. I’m sure they do have a deal with paramount …. in their head.
