Sad news…

David Thompson, the publicity manager of Houston’s Murder By The Book, passed away this week. He was 38 years old.

Although I had visited the store on occasion, I didn’t know Dave. But judging by Sarah Weinman’s comprehensive set of remembrances, he was a well-known and well-liked figure in the book world.
