Kirkus Reviews Launches New Blog Network with SF/F Content

The new Kirkus Book Blogger Network is here and I’m pleased to announce that I’m the lead blogger for the Science Fiction & Fantasy category.

This is a major new push by Kirkus to increase their web presence. The new site includes posts that cover other genres as well from well-established bloggers around the web, with the main focus being on books, and not just reviews.

As of right…now!…you can head on over to the Kirkus site and check out my first post: What Was Your First Sci-Fi Book?

Check out the entire site and let me know what you think!

  1. Great, there’s always room for one more SciFi-Blog in my feed reader. But there doesn’t seem to be a category specific RSS-feed or am I just too stupid to find it?

  2. As if the world needed more John DeNardo!

    😉

Also, like Weltenkreuzer said, category-specific RSS feeds would be wonderful!

  3. Yep — they’re working on category-specific feeds.  Watch for ’em soon!

  4. That’s awesome!  Congratulations.  That’s another site I’ll have to follow.  And I wonder where all my time goes…

  5. Congratulations, John! Looking forward to your articles.

  6. Congratulations, John! Looking forward to more there!

  7. There’s plenty of potential with the Kirkus site. My slight negative is that one has to be logged into Facebook to leave a comment. If I’m not careful, Facebook becomes a huge timesink that reduces my reading time.

    Cheers,

    Ben
