No one important ever seemed in danger. I would have loved a little more action (not a lot because I realize that the Night Lords run from fair fights, but a little at least…I mean they were attacking a Fortress Monastery). I would also have liked to see more of the Red Corsairs and the Tyrant of Badab. Oh well, I still loved the book. I just don’t know how Aaron is going to wrap it all up with one more sequel. In an interview he mentioned that it started out as a 6 book series but he has cut it down to 3, and may expand later. There seems too much left to accomplish to tell in just one more book though. I guess we’ll see.
