All the lyrics of the album are poetry from Howard Phillips Lovecraft, set in folk, jazz, bluegrass and country music.

“Back to Lovecraft” is an album brought by 4 Corsican artists (Fréderic “Tonton” Antonpietri, Paul Cesari, Armand Luciani, Marie Ange Tosi-Abbati), recorded at Bastia and finalized in London at Abbey Road Studios under the auspices of Peter Mew (Queen, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, John Lennon…). Charlie Mc Coy, Amercican harmonicist who played with numbers of artists such as Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Simon & Garfunkel, Cliff Richard, Johnny Cash…) courteously appears on “August”.
