TRAILER: “Proto”

Proto, a short film by written and directed by Nick Pittom, is “a sci-fi action adventure, about a child-like, experimental robot, set in the robotics lab where he has been built”.

Despite the “robot wants to be human” theme being well-worn to longtime science fiction fans, I can’t help but find this trailer endearing.
