		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t know how effective this ad will be at pirates. Surely they&#039;ve run into the funding argument before and rationalize around it. I wonder if directly addressing them, and projecting even cartoonish negativity at them, wouldn&#039;t just irk them. It&#039;d be great to get data on this sort of thing, though empirical testing is pretty hard on services that get shut down when they&#039;re located.]]></description>
