Yes, that is a gorgeous Whelan painting. One of the first of his cover images that I was exposed to.

I think at one point he was selling it at his site. I know the cover for “Foundation’s Edge” was for sale (and that is the one I like a lot more, one of my favorite Whelan paintings).
