I am assuming this isn't really the "next" book and is a reprinting of the story of the same name that he wrote in 1992. I have Lord Kelvin's Machine in the collection The Adventures of Langdon St. Ives but I'll be picking this up anyway. Blaylock is the author I recommend first whenever anyone is wanting to try out steampunk because his books are Doyle-esque and rely on rich storytelling and not the trappings of the genre. Plus he was doing it before it was cool, so I give him kudos for that.
