		<description><![CDATA[Very fun review.  I appreciate your sense of humor in sharing about you and your career.  Interesting how the little things can turn into big things.  Having a person in the organization willing to tell you like it is and encourage you to go out swinging for the fences obviously made a huge difference.  And it all could have not happened simply by him keeping his mouth closed. We need to follow our intuition and treat people decently and we might be surprised by the success that comes out of that.
