Wish I'd been on with you, Patrick. I would have happily gabbed about Legend of Korra at the top of the episode. Television is actually more promising than movies for me this year with new seasons of Korra, Archer, Black Dynamite, Newsroom and Breaking Bad.

Very curious about what they want to do in this season of Korra, given how clean they wiped the slate.

And if everyone refuses, I'll do an Into Darkness review.

I agree, and am excited about the teasers Hugh posted on Facebook about the work he did the past week or so in LA to make the movie, or whatever he was doing. Hugh's interviews were some of my favorite. Check out AudioTim 32 if you haven't.

I'm glad I'm not the only one so strongly disappointed by Revolution.

Thanks for listening!

I am a huge fan of 'Wool' by Hugh Howey and am glad that you mentioned it. I think it has the potential to be as successful at the box office as 'Hunger Games.' Hugh is a great guy and would probably be willing to do an author interview with SF Signal if you reached out to him.

'Revolution' is a terrible TV show for a variety of reasons, and having it broadcast on TV is a disservice to quality Science Fiction work-very disappointing.

Great job with this podcast!

I agree. It is hard for me to fathom how they could miss so badly on the majority of the episodes in the first half of this season. They had so many ongoing story lines to build from and instead the episodes felt like one-offs with continuity elements tacked on.

Fun podcast guys. Had me chuckling in large part because I am definitely more open to the potential fun of this year's SF film offerings.

It is also interesting to find out what books others haven't heard of and to find others to add to my list to check out that I haven't heard of.

Like Fred I'm in for the serial experience of The Human Division. I haven't looked forward to Tuesday's this much since NYPD Blue was on the air.

No one mentioned Dr. Who, possibly because of the unevenness of this past half-season. I enjoyed The Asylum of the Daleks very much and the Christmas episode was fun. I'm excited about the new companion and have hopes the second half of this season will be strong. I'm not big on watching live television but Dr. Who is one I'll keep up with on its current schedule through Amazon Instant Video.
