I remember reading Kilworth's story, but had forgotten the author and title, so thanks for identifying it! I have mentioned it in conversation a few times so now I can name it more specifically.

I don't know the other story, but guessing based on an earlier publication date and "Golgotha" in the title, would it happen to be Robert Nichols' 1923 "Golgotha & Co"? See http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/title.cgi?1081253

I posted the following on an older (YEARS older) time travel thread, and I now think this much fresher site might be far better. It is a plea for help.

At the end of the bibliography in my 1999 book TIME MACHINES (pp. 618-619), I concluded with the following: “There is one story missing from the bibliography -because I cannot recall either its author or its title. I hope some reader will be able to help me. All I can remember is having read it once. It is a ‘short-short’ of a time traveler in disguise at Golgotha for the Crucifixion. He has a camera, but of course he must hide it beneath his robe to avoid attracting attention. All goes well as he stands beneath the Cross at the Place of Bones, until he notices odd, clicking noises coming from all those standing near him. It is then he realizes the entire crowd is nothing but time travelers, from all through the ages, all with hidden cameras! This story should not be confused with Gary Kilworth’s “Let’s Go to Golgotha!” I read this story when in high school, LONG before Kilworth wrote his excellent tale. I never received a reply to my plea. Anyone out there have the answer?

He sounds like a writer I'd want to read, and now you've got me wanting to read "Pride" and "Anachron, Inc." But it doesn't look like his work is easy to find. That collection linked to from the cover is expensive. Maybe this would be a writer for NESFA Press to help us rediscover. Or for the SFWA Estates Project to find out who his agent is, so you can collect his work in an ebook for us.
