Well I hope it is doing well. I've been enjoying it thus far and would be very disappointed to not have it all play out. So here's wishing you much success with it, and not just for my own purely selfish reasons. :)

Hi Carl, ELLIE QUIN has no fixed number of books. I'll write her story until it needs wrapping up. However...it does kinda depend on how well the series sells. If it tanks, then I'll have to direct my time towards something that pays the bills. Which would be sad, because I too want to see how her future unfolds.

Nice interview, great to hear from Alex Scarrow. I reviewed the first book in his Ellie Quin series here on SF Signal last month:

http://www.sfsignal.com/archives/2013/01/book-review-the-legend-of-ellie-quin-by-alex-scarrow/

It is very fun and I'm enjoying the second one right now.

Not sure if you'll be checking out the comments or not, Alex, but if so I have a question: Any idea how many books you plan to write in the Ellie Quin series?
