Both B&N and Amazon are unacceptable. I use Linux and B&N won’t give me the time of day, even with cash in hand. Amazon will not let me download, cloud reader only, which is also a really inferior limitation.

Since the publisher clearly understands that DRM is stupid, it would be great if the book was offered at a site where you could just buy and download without going through a proprietary app.

I passed this on to the book club I belong to and was made aware by one of our international members that this appears to be a U.S. only deal. Or at least that is an assumption based on the country they are in not having it for this price (Germany)
