The covers for Lightspeed and Clarkesworld have really been excellent.

Yes, this was a challenging one for me as I just could not connect with any of the stories. Or not most of them, at any rate.

I’m also trying to read short stories at the moment. I don’t think they’ll ever be my favourite reading but I’ve got two books, one that I’m currently reading (UFO) and another that I’m looking forward to (Emoticon).
I must admit I love the covers for this and the others you’ve already read. This particular one for some reason makes me think of Robocop – ‘you have 20 seconds to comply’! Where did that come from? No idea.
