Here are the results of the latest SF Signal poll.

Which of the following 2005 TV shows pique your interest?

Price Waterhouse has verified that there may have been some form of ballot-stuffing with this poll. For those who took the time to stuff, thanks for showing we were worth the effort.

  1. So ignoring the ballot stuffing, “None of the Above” was the big winner followed (not terribly closely) by “Threshold”. I gotta agree with the voters. I voted for “Threshold”, but after two episodes, I am not impressed.
What I really want to see is adventures in space or other planets or visions of the future. None of the new genre shows are set off-world or outside the present day. It’s SF-light, SF for non-SF fans or SF for thriller/horror fans! I miss my Treks (even Enterprise but not Voyager), Babylon 5s, and Farscapes. Firefly is new to me and pretty good, but there’s only three episodes left for me to see. Thank goodness for Battlestar Galatica or there would be no adventures in space/time for us to watch.
