Outbreak: Interactive Online Zombie Game

Do they still make those Choose Your Own Adventure books? I was never much into them, but I thought the idea was kinda cool.

Now there’s a new website that is a flash video version of these interactive stories. The website is called The Outbreak and it bills itself as an interactive movie with…wait for it…zombies!

This is pretty darned good. The production value is high and it’s quite engrossing. And gross. Oh, and there’s adult language, too. I dies after only two (apparently bad) decisions.

How long can you last?

(Hint: It takes braiiins…)

I don’t know if there is a way to survive.  I found a variety of ways to die, but I think I’ve run out of decisions.

  2. There’s a way to survive, but unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a way to survive due to any smart decision.  It’s too random.

  3. The ideal way to survive is, of course, to encounter The Doctor and then run with him. That works.

    Otherwise, you are doomed. 🙂

  4. My suggestion is to brain them early and often.  “When in doubt, brain em”.  That’s what my pappy would have said if he thought about zombies.

  5. Its too short thats like 1/3 of the length i wanted it to be

    any other games like it?

how do you get to the doctor?

  7. You never get to the doctor. And I thought it was short too, fun, but short. I’m so happy I finnaly got it though, after a few, apperently, not-smart picks I survived the right way!

  8. that

  9. that was fun. i hope they make another of what happens after you find the next group of survivors

  10. i cant play. site isnt available

  11. This game waz awsome. It taught me a valuable lesson…Girls aren’t everything you can hold in a zombie invasion
