- James Wallace Harris is still writing excellent essays. (I’ve been hooked since his now-classic The Classics of Science Fiction.) His latest essay discuses The Time Machine by H.G. Wells: “The Time Machine is the big bang origin of the science fiction universe.” Take that, Frankenstein!
- Alastair Reynolds comments on his recent book deal. Short version: business as usual. Cool! because his normal business is pretty darned good.
