Tonight On PBS: ‘Pioneers Of Television’

The 4-part series, Pioneers of Television starts this evening on PBS at 8/7c. The first episode will cover our favorite subject, science fiction. They’ll be covering the following classic SF shows: Star Trek, Lost In Space, and The Twilight Zone. I think they’ll be interviews with Nichelle Nichols and Leonard Nimoy too. It could be very interesting, though I hope they bring something new to the table that we don’t all ready know about these shows. Check it out if this sounds appealing to you.

I though it was worth. The interview with Nichelle Nichols about meeting the “biggest Trekkie” was new to me (hint, watching it the day after Martin Luther King Day was timely).

  2. Are you guys watching Nova ScienceNow on pbs?  Their 1st episode was about going to mars, and the 2nd one will be trying to live forever.
