  1. I was really impressed with the author’s first novel. Scared the pants off me. Death Troopers was just terrible, though. One of the worst novels I’ve ever finished.

  2. I loved death troopers. It was in a limited environment of a ship, very creepy and great suspense. It felt like the moviee Alien whereas Red Harvest was like Aliens.

    Read Harvst was very dissappointing, it just went on and on, I agree with John about fairly wooden and similar characters. I found that every time the book felt like it was going to end, there was yet another escape or something to circumvent. The tree alien was just silly. 

    Death Troopers – 4 Stars

    Read Harvest – 2.5 Stars
